致命系列三部曲为网络作家杨恒均于己于2004年至2006年在网络上连续推出的三部间谍小说的统称.这三部小说包括《致命弱点》《致命武器》和《致命追杀》。这三部曲的推出填补了中国通俗小说题材中空缺的间谍小说。被称为迄今为止唯一一套间谍小说。小说在网络上推出以来，吸引了大量读者。作者杨恒均也因为这套书而享誉互联网。


《致命弱点》全书26万字，分为“毒品惊魂”，“上帝的手术刀”，“华盛顿的老同学”“你以为你是谁”“打入FBI”，“CIA间谍学校”，“色情间谍”，“目标──北京奥运会”，“双面间谍”等26章。主要叙述杨文峰大学毕业后分配在国安部工作，后来下海到广东，他遇到一系列不寻常的事：在上海国家安全局、广东省政府办公厅和酒泉导弹发射基地的老同学接二连三地因泄密和间谍罪被国家安全机关收审，他自己也被广东省公安局带走。在前上司、国家安全部情报局周局长的协助下，杨认识到美国CIA利用这些老同学贪财好色等致命弱点对华开展情报渗透活动。为了保护老同学，为了洗刷自己和情人的冤屈，杨文峰抓住对方情报机关的致命弱点，与同伴深入虎穴，斗智斗勇。然而，掌握中美情报机关致命弱点的不只是杨文峰一人。当一个别有用心的双面间谍利用中国国家安全部和中央情报局的致命弱点达到自己目的，图谋将2008年北京奥运会变成中华民族的耻辱，将中美推向全面对抗，全世界封锁中国。
