I started to learn Yoga last year and I have completed the basic lesson. I am learning the intermediate lesson now.
I still remember that it was my sister and my cousin both they asked me to join them for the basic beginning class. They joined before such as aerobic dance but that was not suitable for them so they did not continue the class. I joined them when I heard it is a Yoga class.
I have read from many articles about Yoga and I knew that there is a lot of advantage of learning Yoga. However my main purpose to join them is I must keep myself doing exercise again because it has been for years that I did not do any exercise after I started to work.
After I attended the class, I found that Yoga is the easiest movement to perspire compare with jogging or playing badminton. This is very suitable for me as I am a lazy woman. I also have the chance to present at PISA (Penang’s stadium) and it has become an unforgettable experience for me.
